蚵仔煎，臺灣小吃來著，自己都沒有吃過正宗的，但是老公說看起來很好吃的樣子，那我就嘗試去做看看啦。

昨天剛送到的oyster。。。具新鮮，一些生喫了，一些蒸了，一些準備今天請朋友來蒜泥燒烤，然後一些瓦肉準備今天早上蚵仔煎。。。

也都不算太繁瑣，只是第一次做，很怕會搞砸。。不過醬汁還真的很好吃吃。。是用耗油，番茄醬，韓國辣醬，還有加了少少的wasabi。。。嗯。適合我和我老公的口味總之。
